The Whitt is a 211-unit multifamily apartment community located in Riverview, Florida, a flourishing suburb of Tampa. With Tampa’s urban core and surrounding waterfront becoming fully developed, attention has shifted eastward toward nearby Riverview and Brandon.

The 12.35-acre development will consist of three wood-frame buildings, each standing proudly at four stories. The unit mix is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 989 square feet of living space.

Each will feature high-end finishes and resort-style amenities including a 24-hour fitness center and yoga studio, community clubhouse with lounge and swimming pool, a 1.2- acre dog park, outdoor grilling hubs, horseshoe and cornhole courts, and a package concierge system.
