20 West is a 71-unit luxury apartment complex located in the heart of Downtown Mount Prospect, IL. Nicholas & Associates served as the Construction Manager on this project, which was developed by Wingspan Development Group.

MAPLE MIDDLE SCHOOL

The new Maple Middle School in Northbrook, IL replaced the former school which was built in 1949. The building incorporated its district offices into the project, which emphasized innovation in the design and truly created a modern learning environment.

This brand new state-of-the-art elementary school in Oconomowoc, WI included innovative designs for
enhanced learning. The creative spaces included learning stairs with an adjacent tube slide and a makerspace incorporated into the school’s Media Center.

MOUNT PROSPECT FIRE STATION

The new fire department headquarters for the Village of Mount Prospect, Fire Station 13, was an adaptive reuse of a former bank. Special considerations in the design incorporated two emergency vehicle exit routes to allow for enhanced response times.
