The Ruby at Brookfield Square is located 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee, 12 miles from Mitchell International Airport, and adjacent to the recently redeveloped Brookfield Square Mall.

The project consists of 231 units across two, four-story buildings connected by a skybridge. Each building offers an attached parking garage. The development also features a robust amenity package including a pool deck, fitness center, resident lounge, golf simulator, and more.

The Ruby was acknowledged for an adaptive reuse of land, and received a CoStar U.S. Impact Award for Multifamily Development of the Year.
