The Ruby at Brookfield Square is located 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee, 12 miles from Mitchell International Airport, and adjacent to the recently redeveloped Brookfield Square Mall.

Executive Drive, Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center, and Bishop’s Woods Office Park are home to many prominent employers and within a seven-minute drive from the site. Together they offer more than two million square feet of office space.

The project consists of 231 units across two, four-story buildings connected by a skybridge. Each building offers an attached parking garage. The development also features a robust amenity package including a pool deck, fitness center, resident lounge, golf simulator, and more.
