Pabst59 is a 59-acre mixed-use development along I-94 in fast-growing and desirable Oconomowoc, WI.

After decades of multiple developers failing to deliver on this site, Nicholas and Wingspan Development Group will breathe life into the vacant land that is part of the larger, master planned development of Pabst Farms.

The multi-phase site construction on this project began in Summer 2024. Once complete, the development will have four distinct areas:

• Innovation and Technology Hub of four 80,000 SF buildings
• 162-unit, 5-building, garden apartment community
• Two unique food halls with a central al fresco plaza
• Flex commercial zone including two drive-through uses and retail
