A 75,000 sf, two-story science lab addition with roof acting as future third floor deck. Large curtain wall on east elevation, aluminum glass railing system on lobby balcony. Terrazzo floors and stairs. Green elements consisting of: wind turbine, solar panels, photovoltaic panels, and modular grass pods on roof.
