Located at the corner of Cass Street and Willow Avenue, Jade’s central location makes transportation to work, play, family, and friends easy. The development combines world-class, resort-style amenities with luxury apartment home finishes and floorplans. Residents enjoy an effortless commute to the upbeat downtown of Tampa, the Armature Works mixed-use event space, the boutique shopping in Ybor City, and the scenic Tampa Riverwalk. The new Green Spine urban commuter trail provides exclusive pedestrian and bike-only access to connect residents to many downtown attractions as well as the University of Tampa.
