Construction of a 13,500 sq. ft., two-story steel frame and precast addition for classrooms and media center. A 23,000 sq. ft., one-story steel frame and precast addition for administrative offices and main entrance. Renovation of 96,000 sq. ft. of the existing school that consists of 19 science classrooms, media center, 12 new classrooms, 12 existing classrooms, corridors and stairwells. Replacement of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinklers on three floors in existing building. Construction is being completed in phases to minimize disruption to school activities.
