Element at Veridian is a 260-unit luxury apartment complex located on the former Motorola Solutions campus in Schaumburg, Illinois. This architecturally distinct, loft-inspired luxury living community has a decidedly metropolitan vibe, yet it is set upon a vast stretch of outdoor acreage. A key component of the “live-work-play” Veridian community, Element is a dynamic juxtaposition of urban design in a suburban setting—four stories of high-end units and amenities, wrapped discreetly around a large parking structure.
