New 30,500 sq. ft. building consisting of a four-bay, two-story facility including administrative offices, training tower, clock tower, kitchen, living quarters, exercise room, and mezzanine. Lower level includes storage, mechanical and generator. Site development of 1.75 acres with landscaping with underground sprinklers, patio, public walks, parking, and underground storm water retention system.
