Position Overview
Nicholas & Associates is seeking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager to assist with internal and external brand touchpoints across a family of companies. While this dynamic position will be based out of the Mount Prospect, IL headquarters, much collaboration with the Florida and Wisconsin offices will be required.

A successful candidate must be a self-starter and have a passion to work across a variety of customer bases, needs, and styles, and adjust strategy and approach accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Marketing to translate marketing objectives and strategies into internal and external deliverables
• Manage CRM systems, upholding best practices 
• Serve as a project manager for key marketing initiatives
• Assist with copy and creative for company collateral
• Manage and maintain top-tier website design strategies
• Assist with brand exposure on industry platforms
• Oversee planning and execution of photo and video production

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Office 365
• Web design, including WordPress and Squarespace
• Videography and photography experience a plus

Skills

• Design eye; must be able to create compelling digital and print deliverables
• Content creation; must have written ability to make complex topics simple
• Experience in the marketing of A/E/C, property development/management, or related industries is preferred
