Position Overview

Nicholas & Associates is seeking a Corporate Event Planner to plan, coordinate, and execute various corporate events and functions for its Family of Companies. The Corporate Event Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of events that align with the company's objectives, maintain its brand, and provide memorable experiences. A successful candidate must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate in order to deliver seamless events.

Primary Responsibilities

• Event Marketing and Promotion

• Post-Event Evaluation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in corporate event planning or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts and themes
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges during events
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and aesthetics
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required to manage on-site event activities
