Nicholas is partnering with Wingspan Development Group on the redevelopment of the Elk Grove Woods Plaza, which will become a recognizable and prominent gateway into Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Positioned on 10 acres adjacent to Busse Woods, this project will be an entertainment, dining, and living destination for the community and its nearby residents.

The 287-unit residential portion of the redevelopment will consist of 271 apartments (studios to three-bedrooms) paired with 16 rental rowhomes. In addition to the neighboring 52,000 square feet of retail amenities, the property will offer its residents the luxury of a multi-story clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, secluded dog park, grilling stations, a private courtyard and a pedestrian overpass connecting to the neighboring 3,500 acre Busse Woods Forest Preserve and its 11.2 miles of paved trails.
