Wekiva Ranch is a proposed 368-unit Class A apartment community situated on 21.47 acres in Apopka — a rapidly growing suburb of Orlando, Florida.

The proposed unit mix ranges from studios to three-bedroom units and will feature Class A finishes. The development will incorporate a variety of community amenities, including a swimming pool, firepit lounge, outdoor dining terrace and a fully-lit jogging track. In addition, Wekiva Ranch will include a number of commercial and retail spaces within the development.
