Maple Street Lofts is a marquee Class A apartment community located at the intersection of Maple Street and Prospect Avenue in downtown Mount Prospect, Illinois. It is strategically designed as a transit-oriented development (TOD), as the property is located just 100 feet from Metra’s Union Pacific Northwest line (an express train link to downtown Chicago).

The multifamily development consists of 192 units, climate-controlled parking, pet spa, resort-style pool with hot tub, fitness center, valet drycleaning/laundry service, coworking spaces, and additional amenities.

Angelo Caputo’s Fresh Market, a local grocer with seven Chicagoland locations, operates a store onsite. Maple Street Lofts offers its residents city living in the suburbs with a commuter friendly development that also includes an adjacent Metra commuter parking garage. Caputo’s and the parking garage were also constructed by Nicholas.
