Demolition and removal of an existing slab and foundation and construction of a new 65,000 square foot, two-story building with a steel frame and architectural precast concrete wall panels with aluminum storefront systems with insulated glazing panels. Steel structure designed for a future third floor. Project designed to comply with a Certification Level according to the US Green Building Council’s LEED Rating System.
