Additions and renovations to North Campus Building along with site improvements to the entire campus. Demolition of existing 160 meter field house track facility (built in the 1970s). New construction of 135,000 sq. ft. field house on the former field house site to include a 200 meter track, 9,000 sq. ft. fitness facility and a 30,000 sq. ft. synthetic turf auxiliary training space. Complete renovation of North Building cafeteria and support areas. Electrical service supply upgrades to the building. LEED Registered with a certification goal of Gold.
